Refunds & Cancellations

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are non-refundable. Perishable items such as food, flowers, Newspapers or magazines are not refundable. We also do not accept intimate or hygienic products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-refundable items:
- gift card
- downloadable software products
- certain medical items and personal hygiene items

We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are provided (if applicable)
- A book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that was opened
- Any item that is not in its original state, damaged or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund (if applicable) After receiving and verifying your refund, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refund (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your Bank account again. Then contact the company that serves your credit card, it may take some time before your refund is officially published. Then contact your Bank. Often there is some processing time before a refund is sent. Exchange (if applicable) we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Shipping You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. The shipping cost is not refundable. If you receive a refund, the refund cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item worth more than $ 75, you should use the shipping tracking service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
